What is Clear Rate Health?
A marketplace for cash-pay healthcare. Every provider publishes exact flat-rate prices — before you book, not after — so you can compare and choose with no surprises.
Do I need insurance to use it?
No. Clear Rate Health is built for cash-pay care. There are no referrals, prior authorizations, or insurance forms to fill out.
Is it free for patients?
Yes. Registering as a patient is free, and no credit card is required. Providers pay a monthly subscription to list their practice.
How do flat-rate prices work?
Each provider lists the exact price for every service they offer. There are no CPT codes and no “call for pricing” — just the number you'll actually pay.
How we verify every provider
No auto-approvals. Before a listing goes live, we check three things.
How do you verify a provider's NPI?
Every provider's NPI number is validated against the NPPES National Provider Identifier Registry before their listing goes live.
What is OIG LEIE screening?
All providers are screened against the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities at application time.
Does a real person review each provider?
Yes. A Clear Rate Health admin reviews every application before the profile appears in search results. No auto-approvals.
